They do much more than I would expect them to do. All I have to do is call - the phone gets answered within 3 rings, and the support staff handles all of my server related issues like Linux and Apaches services, installation of root level scripts, anything that comes up pretty much. They are always very helpful and get things done quickly. You know how you get treated when you stay at a nice hotel? That's the way you get treated by LW's support staff.
